Lower Cape Community Access Television, Inc., (sometimes referred to as “Lower Cape TV” or “LCTV”) is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation providing free access to video equipment and training for community members, while running public and education access local cable channels 26 and 22 for the towns of Brewster, Eastham, Orleans, Wellfleet, and Truro.
